Terms of Service

❥ You are purchasing my service. You will not receive any physical prints, nor are you allowed to make any profits from them, if not agreed beforehand by the client.
My work is for personal or private use only, Vtubing is the exception.❥ As the artist I still maintain all and absolute rights to my works; this includes publishing the work on my socials, adding it as a part of my portfolio, including the work in artbooks and editorial projects, stream the process on twitch unless otherwise accorded with the client.❥ Neither client nor anyone else is allowed to edit, trace, copy,
or remove the watermark from the finished product.
You're not allowed to claim my art as your own, even in the case of a paid commission.
Credits to me ( ©torihoney; the artist) or a link going back to one of my socials must be explicitly given anytime the art is showcased.❥ By commissioning me you agree that you have read and accepted the t.o.s on this page. You agree of using the art for personal, non-profit purposes nor commercial use. all image credits go to me, torihoney.

Prices and Specifics

Listed prices are for my most commonly requested order types, but can be arranged to cover your needs.
If you'd like to commission me for anything that isn't listed, i'll be happy to hear your ideas.it's always recommended to ask for a quote for your specific case before commissioning.these rates are approximated; this type of commission is subject to price variations
depending on the use of the model and the design of the character.designing and helping to create your OC or subject is generally free of charge.

Process and Payment

❥ You must be 18 years old or older to commission work from me.❥ Full invoice will be sent beforehand via Paypal invoice only after extensive discussions with the client and after their agreement. I will not charge an invoice before not actively being able to work on the commission.❥ Partial payment is allowed up to a max of 3 months. Final product will only be send when 3/4th of the invoice has been paid.❥ Any edits can be made during the sketching and lining phase; once sketch is approved I start working on lineart ➝ flat colors ➝ shading. I will be sending previews of every step for approval before continuing to the next step.❥ Turnaround time for commission's completion will vary depending on the artwork's type,
going from 1 month to 3 month. Deadlines and rush orders can be arranged with an additional fee.❥ priority fee is 30% of the Vtube models / artworks total value.❥ Completed product is delivered through the service or website where communication with the client happened, and HD files are sent via Google Drive or email. psd files and live2D files are not included.❥ I do not allow chargebacks or paypal disputes; for any issue

I will not refund if the commission has already started.

Commercial fee

For commercial use has to be agreed beforehand by the client.I charge an addition of 1.5-3x of the total price) for any usage where you receive profit from the usage. (Youtube Videos, games, streams, banner, cover, etc) (This does not include vtube models)

Simple Character Art

Simple artwork of your existing character. Mainly the skin and clothes are shaded.Bust : 70€

Color Commission
